- 1 can (12-ounce) minced green chiles, liquid removed
- 3 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce Mild cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 ounce Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375. Layer 1/3 sharp cheddar cheese, chiles, lowfat sour cream, mild cheddar cheese & Monterey Jack in 8x8-inch baking dish. Repeat layering twice. Bake till Cheddar cheese is melted & center is set (about 30 min). Serve warm.
