- 2 1/2 c. corn
- 2 x Large eggs beaten
- 1 can evaporated skim lowfat milk - (12 ounce)
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. low-calorie margarine
- 2 tsp sugar Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and pour into a nonstick casserole dish.
- Bake for 45 min till the center of the pudding is set and the top is light golden.
