Receta Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Horseradish
- 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp White vinegar or possibly lemon juice
- 1 c. Heavy cream, whipped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 pch Paprika
Direcciones
- The 1/4 c. of horseradish is prepared white, liquid removed and squeezed dry. Mix it with the sugar, mustard, salt and paprika till smooth. Gently fold whipped cream into mixtuer and refrigerate2 hrs. Prepare the day you plan to use since whipped cream does not keep very well. Refrigeratebowl and beaters to produce a lighter, fluffier cream.
