Receta Creamy Lemon Macadamia Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. Salted butter, softened
- 4 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 1 lrg Egg
- 2 tsp Pure lemon extract
- 7 ounce Whole macadamia nuts, unsalted
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 300 degrees. In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. Mix well with wire whisk and set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, blend sugars well with an electric mixer at medium speed. Add in butter and cream cheese and mix to create a smooth paste. Add in egg and lemon extract, and beat at medium speed till light and soft. Scrape down sides of bowl occasionally.
- Add in flour mix and nuts. Blend at low speed, just till combined. Don't overmix.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 23-25 min. Transfer cookies to a cold, flat surface, using a spatula.
- Makes 3 dozen cookies.
