Receta Creamy Noodle Side Dish

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 2 c. Sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c. Finely-minced onion
- 3 Tbsp. All purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. Chicken bouillon mix
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 can (385 mL) Carnation 2% e. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Water
- 4 c. Cooked liquid removed narrow noodles Buttered bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Heat butter in med. saucepan. Saute/fry mushrooms and onion till tender and any liquid has evaporated. Blend in flour, bouillon mix and salt. Gradually stir in E. Lowfat milk and water. Cook and stir over med. heat till mix comes to a boil and thickens. Add in noodles; mix well. Spoon into shallow 1 1/2 qt rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs. Bake in 350 oven 15 minutes. or possibly till warm.
