Receta Creamy Quinoa Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Eden Quinoa, rinsed
- 2 1/2 c. Edensoy Or possibly- any Eden food beverage
- 1/8 tsp Lima Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Sesame butter or possibly tahini
- 2 Tbsp. Eden Barley Malt Syrup Or possibly- maple syrup or possibly honey
- 2 Tbsp. Eden Kudzu, dissolved in...
- 2 Tbsp. Cool water
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Fresh grated nutmeg Or possibly- grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- Put Quinoa, Edensoy and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 min. Add in sesame butter and Barley Malt Syrup. Mix well. Add in Kudzu, stirring constantly till mix thickens. Add in vanilla and spices. Top with your choice of nuts or possibly fruit. Delicious hot or possibly chilled.
