Receta Creamy Turkey And Pasta Primavera

Ingredientes
- 1/2 of a (1 lb.) pkg. Creamette Mostaccioli
- Rigati, uncooked
- 1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1 med. carrot, sliced
- 2 med. green onions, diagonally sliced
- 1/2 med. red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 cans (10 3/4 ounce. each) Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. cubed cooked turkey or possibly chicken
Direcciones
- In 4 qt saucepan, prepare Creamette Mostaccioli according to package directions; add in broccoli, carrot, green onions, and red pepper the last 5 min of cooking time. Drain. In same saucepan, combine soup, water and cheese. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Add in Mostaccioli, vegetable mix and turkey. Over low heat, heat through, stirring often. 5 servings. Preparation time: 10 min, cook time: 25 min. Tip: Rotini may be substituted for the Mostaccioli Rigati
