Receta Creamy Vegetable Chicken Soup

Ingredientes
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1/2 bag frzn mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 med. onion, diced
- 1 lg. potato, diced
- 3 to 4 c. water
- Salt to taste
- 1-2 teaspoon black pepper
- Noodles if you like
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 stalks of celery
- Fresh mushrooms
Direcciones
- Cut up your chicken to square pcs. Put in your water. Add in your chicken bouillon cubes, onions and 1 1/2 celery stalks. Bring to a boil, add in cream of mushroom soup, your potatoes diced up, then your celery, let cook halfway then add in your frzn vegetables. Let cook. If you want noodles, then add in them in with your frzn vegetables. Season to your taste with your salt and pepper. Let cook, then eat. Very good soup.
