  • 5 tbsp. flour
  • 1 carrot, finely minced
  • 1/2 sweet red or possibly green pepper, minced
  • 1/4 c. minced green onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon grnd red warm pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 c. corn kernels
  • 1 c. lowfat milk, can be skim or possibly 1%

Direcciones

  1. Stir 1 can broth into flour in saucepan till smooth. Add in remaining broth, carrot, pepper, onion, salt and warm pepper. Simmer over heat till slightly thickened, 5 min. Stir in corn, lowfat milk and heat through.
