Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 4 med. Granny Smith apples, sliced
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Combine first 3 ingredients in mixing bowl, consistency will be lumpy, don't attempt to cream. Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon while layering apples in 2 qt baking dish. Pour mix on top of apples and bake uncovered 35 min at 375 degrees. Serve with vanilla ice cream in small bowls. Makes 6-8 servings.
