Receta Creamy Velveeta Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredientes
- 1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
- 1 lg. onion, sliced into rings
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. minced tomato
- 1 c. green pepper strips
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 pound Velveeta, cubed
Direcciones
- In 8 qt stockpot - brown chicken and onion in butter. Add in tomato, green pepper, lowfat milk and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 min, uncover cook 10 min, stir occasionally. Remove chicken, keep hot. Stir cubed Velveeta into liquid till melted. Pour over chicken. Serve with white rice.
