Receta Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole

Ingredientes
- 3 pkt Refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 lb Bulk sausage
- 2 c. Shredded cheddar or possibly jack cheese
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 x Large eggs, reserve 1 yolk
Direcciones
- Saute/fry sausage and drain. Mix with cheeses and Large eggs. Line a 9x13-inch pan with 1-1/2 pkgs. of crescent rolls. Pour in mix and spread proportionately.
- Top with the remaining 1-1/2 pkgs. of rolls. Brush top with egg yolk.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 400 F for about 30 min.
