Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1/2 c. Pace picante sauce
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 doz. flour burrito size tortillas
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 c. grated cheese
Direcciones
- Fry grnd beef and garlic salt in large skillet. Stir often so meat will be crumbly. After meat is well done, fold in tomato sauce, picante sauce, and chili pwdr. Simmer 5 min. Place mix in tortilla. Fold into burrito; garnish with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Serve with Spanish rice.
