Receta Crispy Eggs 'N Bacon

Ingredientes
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 c. sm. crisp croutons
- 5 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
Direcciones
- Fry bacon till crisp; remove. Pour off all but 2 Tbsp. drippings. Add in croutons to reserved drippings. Heat and stir till brown and crisp; remove from skillet.
- Slightly beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Add in to skillet. Cook till nearly set, stirring constantly. Gently stir in crumbled bacon and croutons. Cook till just set. Makes 4 servings.
