Receta Crispy Fish Fillets

Ingredientes
- 1 lb flounder or possibly sole fillets
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. finely crushed cereal flakes
- 1 x lemon, sliced Parsley sprigs
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Coat a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Rinse fish and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper, then dip in oil.
- Coat each fillet with crumbs and arrange in prepared baking dish. Bake 10 min, till fishturns translucent/soft to opaque. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley sprigs.
