Receta Crispy Honey Wings

Ingredientes
- 16 x chicken wings (about 3 pounds)
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. white worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp grnd ginger

- 1. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or possibly gas grill for direct heat.
- 2. Cut each chicken wing at joints to make 3 pcs; throw away tip. Mix remaining ingredients.
- 3. Grill chicken uncovered 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 20 to 25 min, brushing frequently with honey mix and turning after 10 min, till juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pcs are cut. Throw away any remaining honey mix.
