Receta Crispy Horseradish Mahi Mahi
This was soooo good. This crust would be great on chicken too. I used whole hashbrowns, but I think I would recommend cutting them into smaller pieces. This is adapted from diabeticconnet.com
Ingredientes
- 1 c frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 T prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 portions of Mahi Mahi
- 4 tsp light mayonnaise
- 1 T oil
Direcciones
- In a bowl combined the thawed potato, shallot, horseradish, mustard and seasonings.
- In a skillet heat 1 T of oil over medium heat.
- Lightly spread each Mahi Mahi fillet with 1 tsp of mayonnaise.
- Spoon the potato mixture evenly onto each piece.
- When the skillet is hot, carefully place the fish potato side down in the pan.
- Cook about 5 minutes per side, until the fish is cooked through. Be careful during flipping so that you don't lose the crunchy crust.
- Serve with lemon if you wish.
