  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/2 pkg. Good Seasons dry Italian mix
  • 1/2 stick butter

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Dip chicken in combined lowfat milk and egg. Coat with combined flour and seasonings. Dip in lowfat milk mix again. Coat with flour mix again. Place in 9 x 13 1/2 inch baking dish. Allow chicken coating to dry at room temperature approximately 15 min. Dab butter over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till tender.
