Receta Crispy Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredientes
- 18-25 lg. mushrooms
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese (lite)
- 1 tbsp. skim lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. minced water chestnuts
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh onion
- 1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 tbsp. crumbled bacon (3 slices)
Direcciones
- Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Pat mushrooms dry. Mix cream cheese with lowfat milk and Worcestershire till fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Fill mushrooms with 1/2 tsp. of the mix. Cook in microwave oven 1 to 1 1/2 min, or possibly till done on high. These may also be done in the regular oven for 20-25 min at 350 degrees.
