Receta Crock Pot Chicken Parmesan

Ingredientes
- 8 x boneless chicken breasts or possibly thighs salt and pepper to taste Italian seasoning to taste
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can water (1/2 to 1 can) Bay Leaf Garlic (clove or possibly pwdr)
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Brown chicken with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Mix tomato soup, water, bay leaf and garlic in crock pot. Put chicken in and cook for 3 to 4 hrs till tender. Remove chicken and sauce to casserole dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. (I added a little cheddar also.) Heat in 350 degree oven till cheese is melted. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
