Receta Crock Pot Fondue Italiano

Ingredientes
- 1 lb lean grnd beef
- 8 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 env spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 x 15 ounce cans tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
Direcciones
- In a skillet or possibly crock-pot with a browning unit, cook beef till crumbly; pour off excess fat. In the crock-pot, combine beef with dry spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Cover and cook on low for 2 hrs. Dissolve cornstarch in the wine. Turn control to high. Add in dissolved cornstarch. Heat on high for 10 to 15 min. Dip chunks of Italian bread into the fondue while keeping the mix warm in the crock-pot.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
