Receta Crock Pot Green Chili Burros

Ingredientes
- 2 lb rump roast
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 pkt taco seasoning mix
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 can diced green chilies - (10 ounce)
- 1 can tomato sauce - (16 ounce)
Direcciones
- Layer ingredients, meat first, in crock pot. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs. Don't stir for first 5 hrs. Shred meat after 7 hrs.
- Serve on flour or possibly corn tortillas. Top with lowfat sour cream, if you like.
