Ingredientes
- 1 x Sirloin tip or possibly rolled rump roast, (6 lb.)
- 1 lrg Onion
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
- 1 tsp Accent
- 2 pkt Good Seasons Italian Salad dressing mix (dry)
Direcciones
- Place roast in crock-pot. Bring all seasonings and sufficient water to completely cover roast to a boil in a pan on the stove, then put in crock-pot. Cook all day, then let it set in the juices overnight in the refrigerator after it has been sliced or possibly chopped. Heat in the oven or possibly microwave the next day and serve on Italian buns.
