Receta Crockpot Bulgar

Ingredientes
- 1 c. bulgar
- 2 c. lowfat milk ( skim soy, rice..whatever)
- 1/3 c. maple syrup
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 x apples minced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 c. crushed nuts ( pecans are especially good)
Direcciones
- Put this on low right before you go to bed and you have delicious warm grains in the morning ! If there are any leftovers, I toss it in the morning's bread dough...makes for a very tasty loaf .
