Receta Crockpot Chicken Fricassee Reduced Fat

Ingredientes
- 1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 x soup can water
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 4 x skinless boneless chicken breasts Non-stick cooking spray
- 3 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp. fresh minced chives (or possibly 2 tbspns dry chives)
- 3/4 c. skim lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken in crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hrs.
- About 1 hour before serving, prepare chive dumplings: Mix dry ingredients and shortening. Add in chives and lowfat milk, combine well. Drop by teaspoonsful onto warm chicken and gravy. Cover and cook on HIGH for 45 to 60 min.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables, or possibly over warm, cooked noodles.
