Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd beef, extra lean
- 1 med onion -- minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 2 clv garlic -- chopped
- 1 x bay leaf
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 16 ounce no salt added tomato sauce
- 32 ounce low sodium kidney beans, canned - liquid removed
Direcciones
- In a skillet break up beef with fork and cook till lightly browned. Pour off excess fat.
- In crockpot, combine meat with the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook on high 2 to 3 hrs. Remove bay leaf.
