Ingredientes

  • 1 c. White rice, (arborio rice is especially good, but any will do)
  • 6 c. Whole lowfat milk, (or possibly 5 c. skim, 1 c. cream, I use 4 c. whole lowfat milk and 2 c. coconut lowfat milk)
  • 3/4 c. Sugar A couple of cinnamon sticks, (or possibly 12-15 cardamom pods) You can also add in things like shredded coconut, raisins, pine nuts, unsalted pistachios, whatever!

Direcciones

  1. Add in these all to the crockpot and cook for 2 hrs or possibly till rice is tender.
  2. You should stir it occasionally and keep an eye on the pot so which it doesn't bubble up towards the end of its cooking time. Other than which it is foolproof!
  3. Add in a tsp. of vanilla extract when you turn off the heat.
