Receta Crockpot Stew

Ingredientes
- 1 med Pot roast
- 2 lrg Potatoes
- 1 med Carrot
- 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkt Lipton's onion soup mix
Direcciones
- Dice potatoe in to 1" to 1 1/2" chunks. Slice carrots into 1/4" chips.
- Place approximately half* the veggies in the bottom of the crockpot, top with roast, then the rest of the veggies. Mix both soups together in a bowl with 1/2 to 2/3 c. of water. Piur over veggies and roast. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hrs.
- *Upon the advice of many list members, I put all of the potatoes and most on the carrots on the bottom. I also added 2 quatered onions.
