Receta Crockpot Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Beef cubes
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounce.) tomatoes
- 2 x Carrots, sliced
- 2 x Ribs celery, sliced
- 2 med Onions, sliced
- 2 med Potatoes, diced
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 3 x Beef bouillon cubes
- 1 pkt (10 ounce.) frzn mixed vegetables
Direcciones
- Put all the ingredients into crockpot except for the frzn mixed vegetables. Fill about 3/4 of the way with water. Cover, cook on low 8 to 12 hrs. (High 4 to 6 hrs.) Add in the frzn vegetables during the last 2 hrs of cooking.
- Makes 6 servings.
