Receta Crudites With A Dip

Ingredientes
- 2 x Carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 stk celery, cut into small sticks
- 8 x Cucumber sticks
- 1 x Ripe avocado
- 2 Tbsp. Fromage frais
- 2 tsp Grated onion
- 1 dsh Tabasco or possibly Lea and Perrins sauce Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Arrange the vegetables on a plate. Mash the avocado and mix with all the other ingredients to create a soft dip. Put the dip on the plate with the vegetables so everybody can dip into it easily. Refrigeratetill required.
