  1. Soak the onion rings in a deep bowl of cool lowfat milk for 1/2 hour; remove and dip in the beaten Large eggs. Mix the bread crumbs and seasonings together in another bowl. Dip the rings in the bread crumbs; shake off the excess and fry in electric frying pan or possibly deep fryer at 375 degrees F. Cook only a few at a time till golden. Turn once. Remove from oil; drain on paper towels.
