Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Shredded carots
- 1/2 c. Minced broccoli
- 1/2 c. Minced cauliflower
- 2 x Green onions thinly sliced
- 4 ounce Shredded lowfat Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. Nonfat ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 4 x (7-inch) Flour tortillas
- 1 c. Torn iceberg lettuce bite-size pcs
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl, combine carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and onions with cheese, dressing, and chili pwdr.
- Lay tortillas flat on the counter and spoon about 1/2 c. vegetable mix and 1/4 c. of lettuce down the center. Wrap each tortilla around the vegetable mix.
