Receta Cuban Chicken Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 recipe Tomato French Dressing (below)
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. boned, cooked chicken in thin strips
- 1 c. ripe olives, sliced
- 1/3 c. green pepper, cut into strips
- 1/4 c. red onion, finely minced
- 2 to 3 tbsp. pimiento, in thin strips
- 1 avocado, cut into crescents
- 4 c. shredded lettuce
Direcciones
- Prepare dressing and add in lemon juice. Chill till ready to use.
- Combine all salad ingredients except avocado. Chill. Just before serving, add in avocado. Arrange salad on bed of shredded lettuce. Shake dressing and pour over salad.
