Receta Cuban Flan

Ingredientes
- 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 can Evaporated lowfat milk
- 4 lrg Egg
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Direcciones
- In an 8" x 8" round or possibly square pan, pour in sugar. On stovetop over medium heat, caramelize sugar. Put aside and let cold.
- In mixing bowl, add in condensed sweetened lowfat milk, evaporated lowfat milk, Large eggs and vanilla.
- On medium speed, mix ingredients till smooth and 'frothy'.
- Pour on to cooled caramelized sugar.
- Place into water bath, put into preheated 350-degree oven and bake for 35-45 min till hard or possibly toothpick comes out clean.
- Chill for 2 hrs. Flip over onto serving dish. Enjoy!
