Receta Cucumber And Onion Salad

Ingredientes
- 7 c. thinly sliced unpeeled cucumbers
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 c. thinly sliced onion rings
- 1 c. thinly sliced green peppers
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
Direcciones
- 1. Mix 1 Tbsp. salt with 7 c. sliced cucumbers. Let stand for 1 hour.
- 2. Mix with 1 c. thin sliced onion rings and 1 c. sliced green peppers.
- 3. Blend 2 c. of sugar with 1 c. of vinegar, 1/4 tsp. of celery seed and 1/4 tsp. celery salt. Mix with the cucumbers, onions and pepper.
- 4. Let stand for 24 hrs before using. Will keep for weeks in the refrigerator.
