Receta Cumin & Lime Chickpeas
Ingredientes
- 2 15 oz.cans chickpeas
- 1 small red onion, minced
- ½ bunch cilantro, chopped
- 2 T garlic, minced
- 2 T lime juice
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas; add to a bowl.
- Too that bowl, add the onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, cumin, cayenne and salt.
- Mix together and serve.
