Receta Curried Egg Pate

Ingredientes
- 4 x Large eggs
- 50 gm butter
- 1 x onions, medium
- 1 1/2 tsp curry pwdr
- 100 gm cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise salt, pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
Direcciones
- Hard boil the Large eggs, 10 min in boiling water.
- Mash Large eggs finely. Heat butter in pan and add in finely minced onion. Cook till tender. Add in curry pwdr and cook another minute.
- Combine in a bowl Large eggs, onion, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
- Mix well. Add in parsley and mix well. Spoon mix into 4 mall dishes and put covered in fridge. Serve chilled.
