Receta Curried Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 6 med. potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 4 teaspoon butter
- 1 med. yellow onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. curry pwdr
Direcciones
- In medium saucepan, bring 3 c. of water to boil; add in potatoes and cook 15 min partially covered; drain and cold.
- In a 10 inch skillet, heat butter, onion. Saute/fry 5 min; stir in curry pwdr, add in potatoes. Stir 2 min, transfer to heated platter.
