Ingredientes
- 3 c. cooked rice (cook without butter)
- 2 c. cooked, boned chicken
- 4 green onions, minced
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon (each) salt and pepper
- 8 ounce. tiny green peas, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Refrigeraterice. Add in all remaining ingredients except the peas. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight. Add in peas and stir gently to avoid mashing. Serves 6-8.
