Receta Curried Rice And Pea Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 1/3 c. pkg. pre-cooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. French dressing
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 3/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 tbsp. salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 1/3 c. chilled, cooked frzn green peas
- Lettuce
Direcciones
- In saucepan, combine rice, water, 1/2 tsp. of salt; cook as label directs. Lightly toss in French dressing; let cold to room temperature; chill.
- About one hour before serving: In large bowl, mix mayonnaise, onion, curry, 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper, mustard. Add in celery, peas and rice; lightly toss. Chill. Serve on lettuce. Makes 6 servings.
