- 4 c. cooked rice
- 1 can flaked tuna or possibly chicken or possibly ham
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. diced celery
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr, or possibly more
- 2 c. cooked peas
Direcciones
- Toss rice with vinegar, oil, curry, salt, and onion. Chill 3 hrs; add in remainder and chill till served.
