Ingredientes
- 3 c. long-grain white rice uncooked
- 1 c. dry apples minced
- 1/2 c. currants
- 3 Tbsp. chicken-flavored instant bouillon
- 1 1/2 tsp curry pwdr
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp allspice
Direcciones
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container.
- To prepare: Combine 2/3 c. Fold in 1 1/2 c. water. Bring to a boil.
- Cover, simmer over low heat 14 - 18 min.
