Receta Curry Broccoli Rice Chicken

Ingredientes
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked
- 2 bunches fresh broccoli
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 4 green onions, minced (optional)
- 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 boxes herb wild rice (or possibly white rice)
Direcciones
- 1. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- 2. Line bottom of pan with cooked rice
- 3. Cut up broccoli and put on top of rice.
- 4. Cube cooked chicken and mix together with lowfat sour cream, soup, curry and onion.
- 5. Pour over the top of broccoli.
- 6. Top with cheese.
- 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
