Receta Curry Cauliflower

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Cauliflower
- 5 ounce Lean pork
- 2 Tbsp. Celery dices
- 1/2 c. Pineapple dices
- 1 pkt Curry pwdr
- 2 x Cloves garlic, mashed
- 3/4 c. Coconut juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Light soy sauce
- 1/2 c. Water
Direcciones
- Cut the cauliflower into flower-like shapes. Scald in boiling water. Take out and drain dry. Slice the lean pork and marinate with the seasonings.
- Fry in oil, take out and leave for later use. Saute/fry the mashed garlic and fry with curry pwdr. Add in water and the seasonings to make a thick sauce.
- Put in the cauliflower, pork slices and coconut juice and cook together.
- Add in the pineapple dices and celery dices. Dish up and serve.
