Receta Curry Meatloaf

Ingredientes
- 2 lb lean grnd beef or possibly 2 pound grnd turkey
- 2 Tbsp. curry paste or possibly 1 tbsp mild curry pwdr
- 1 x egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. lowfat yoghurt or possibly 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. fresh coriander, minced
- 1 sm onion, minced
- 2 clv garlic, chopped
- 1 x red or possibly green pepper, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 x mango, peeled, and, seeded
- 1 tsp chili pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a mixing bowl add in the lean grnd beef, curry paste, egg, bread crumbs, yogurt, cumin, chili pepper, coriander, onion, garlic, red pepper, salt and pepper. Mix.
- In a baking dish, spread approximately half of the mixed ingredients.
- Place the mangoes on top and cover with the remaining mix.
- Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 min at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
