Ingredientes
- 1 ounce Coriander seeds
- 1/2 ounce Cumin seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Fennel seeds
- 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds Small piece of cinnamon
- 6 x Green cardamoms
- 6 x Cloves
- 6 x Fresh curry leaves
- 1 tsp Cayenne
Direcciones
- Dry roast the whole spices in a heavy frying pan over medium heat till they turn dark brown, stirring and shaking frequently. Let cold. Combine with remaining ingredients and grind into a pwdr. Gives a darker taste than Indian curry.
