Receta Curry Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 quart. cubed, cooked turkey or possibly chicken
- 1 (20 ounce.) can water chestnuts, liquid removed and sliced
- 2 lbs. seedless grapes, cut in half
- 2 c. sliced celery
- 2-3 c. toasted sliced almonds
Direcciones
- Mix salad ingredients, minus the almonds, the night before. Mix dressing also. Before serving, drain salad and mix with dressing. Mound on lettuce and cover with almonds. Serves 12.
