Ingredientes
- 3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. white raisins
- 1/2 c. dates
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 egg
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Cut butter into first eight ingredients. Save 1 c. of mix to top cake later before baking.
- Into flour mix pour the next six ingredients. Mix with a spoon. Pour batter into 9 1/2 c 13 inch pan. Top with left over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 min.
