Receta Custard Chiffon Pie
Ingredientes
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. hot lowfat milk
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Knox gelatin
- 2 tbsp. water
Direcciones
- Add in gelatin to water and let stand. Beat egg yolks; add in sugar, salt, and flour and lowfat milk. Cook to soft custard stage. Add in gelatin and water and cold. 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix all together and mix in custard. Pour in baked pie shell. Top with nutmeg. Chill till served.
