Receta Custard Crunch Mince Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1 c. mincemeat
Direcciones
- Blend dry ingredients and slowly add in to Large eggs. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into pastry shell and bake in warm oven (400 degrees) 15 min. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 30 min.
